Gold Coast woman sentenced for streaking at Titans NRL match in viral TikTok video

A Queensland woman has been sentenced to a good behaviour bond for running onto the field during an NRL match.

Javon Johanson, 28, made national headlines when she invaded the Cbus Super Stadium pitch during the Gold Coast’s home clash with Parramatta on April 4.

Footage of the stunt, which can be seen above, went viral after she was brought to ground in a heavy crash-tackle by a security guard.

On Tuesday, she faced Southport Magistrates Court where she pleaded guilty to entering a major sports facility without permission.

She was sentenced to three months’ good behaviour, but no conviction was recorded.

In the days after the incident, Johanson defended the security guard’s tackle after concerns were raised that it was heavy-handed.

Johanson had taken to TikTok from the stands at Cbus Super Stadium to preempt her topless streak earlier in the night.

“So my actual biggest goal in life has been to actually just run on a football field,” she said on the social media platform.

“And yeah, I’m doing this.”

Johanson made it onto the field, dodging one security guard before being tackled by another.

She said at the time she had absolutely no problems with the security response.

“I got what I deserved. He (the security guard) was doing his job,” she told 7NEWS.
